Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provides direct programming support, guidance, and supervision, on-site and off-site, of 1:
1 Day Habilitation program staff, assuring that activities are designed to meet participant's goals as established in Person-Centered Plans Review and approve weekly timecards.
Maintain the daily schedules of 1:
1 Day Habilitation participants.
Assist 1:
1 Support staff with participant toileting and personal hygiene as needed.
Provide direct support coverage to 1:
1 participants as needed.
Drive League vehicles or personal vehicles to transport participants as needed.
Ensure required PCP reviews and training are completed by staff.
Coordinate behavior plan training with BSS.
Coordinate refresher training on any aspect of prevention, de-escalation, and/or intervention that 1:
1 staff require to support participants.
Model behavioral strategies as written in individual plans; monitor and assist in behavior data tracking.
Plan activities to address individual needs towards independence, community integration, employment skills, basic academics, socialization, leisure activities, and psychomotor functioning.
Consult with staff in identifying potential assistive technology or accommodations or supports, as required.
Assure the maintenance of complete, accurate, and up-to-date participant attendance, electronic files, and behavioral data tracking sheets.
Complete annual performance evaluations with assistance/supervision from Program Manager Attend PCP meetings, conferences, committee meetings, and training as assigned.
Other Duties and
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate the 5 Core Values of The League (Accountability, Participant Focus, Quality, Independence, and Mutual Respect) Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager, Day Habilitation BA/BS degree in Human Services preferred.
A minimum (3) of three years of experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities is required.
At least one (1) year of supervisory experience is preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license and daily access to a personal vehicle.
Must possess computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook and the ability to learn electronic documentation systems.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
